We keep the FDD itself, and here is why
An FDD is the franchisor’s disclosure document, and we retain a copy after your evaluation. It is what lets us compare next year’s edition of a franchise against this year’s, and it is the material we build future benchmark releases from. Each release is published as a version, so a score never moves because someone else uploaded a document. Retained documents are never linked to you in any report, and deleting your evaluation removes your record regardless.
